Old BL manga

I remembered an old manga about a blond guy that had a sake brewery, or at least it was related to that, and he and his friend got drunk and ended up sleeping with each other. I am also pretty sure the blond guy said he had trouble keeping a girl bc his d* was too big, I think his friend called it a cobra or something *crying*.
