I read the novel and in it the MC gives the emperor his horns on his own
The woman tries to take the horns to hurt mc not for antidote, she torturing him to get answers. But yes garon doesn't want to hurt mc (outside of sex) so he knows about the horn being the antidote but won't take it. Mc forces it down him to save him but thinks it didn't save him, it's a whole thing!

So by the spoilers I heard the horn is the antidote as we all saw in this chapter and apparently the emperor knows about it but he won't take his horns since apparently if a imae's (sorry if the spelling is wrong) horns are taken their life decreases? Idk how to explain it but the Queen will take those horns to make the emperor better it's basically a life death situation
I SWEAR IF BOTH OF THEM DIES AND NOT GET REINCARNATED TO GET A HAPPY ENDING I'M SUIEING the author! !!
