The tape is like saving your memory, if it has a reset you basically forget everything and act like a npc. I believe that none of them are npc, and Doha has something to do with each of their memory reset

So i’m trying to understand.. if your tape is stopped do you essentially become an NPC until it is restarted? It seems like you are atleast aware that your tape is stopped but you can’t really do anything? And i’m wondering why does bada not have a good memory? Are all of them actually characters but their tapes are scattered around? So many questions lol
