No, it's not implied they have DID. It's literally three Gods residing in the same body, hence why they can speak through mirrors. DID is a mental health condition.

I don't think this is exactly DID but I also don't think its three Gods. I mean all of them ARE Mugo, not different gods.
I think the author wanted to do an in between with Mugo having three versions of oneself in different points of age, and by some phrasing from the evil one its kinda implied that they appeared through time and not that the three fused in one body or smth
I don’t really think the author is trying to portray DID at all tbh. Like they just want mugo to have 3 distinct personalities lol maybe it has a “god form” with like 3 heads or something that’s why it’s human form is 3 different people in the same body. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Yep in a lot of cultures, the same god can take on different epithets. The closest example I can give is Egyptian gods- the Sun god Ra has 3 forms - Ra, Khepri and Atum - they’re all the sun god just different versions of him. I think it’s the same for Mugo here.
WAIT let me explain myself with what i meant by implied Σ(っ°Д °;)っ the switches between the personalities are similar to that of DID and like just the different "roles" between all three personalities just reminded me of that. i am no expert about DID and it just reminded me of what i saw irl ╥﹏╥ now looking at the replies I think the explanation by sun_bae makes more sense than mine (￣∇￣")personally the story to me still seems like it's researching off of DID but i agree now that it's NOT DID or a dissociative personality disorder but rather a god with different forms (=・ω・=)
