I'm pretty sure Iltak is intersex bc of his hormonal imbalance, so in my head he also developed gynecomastia (breast tissue growth on cis men due to the imbalance) which makes me super upset cuz they just using real life things for his weird lil things

I've been keeping an eye on this convo for awhile.....guys it's not a theory, it's an actual plot point where the sister was slipping hormone medicine to the point he was lactating.
