I think its a child in a very 'most primal/least civilized' sort of way, but they call it a child because its the least wmotionally mature. At least u hope that's what it is.

Sir Mugo is the most mature/most civilized/least primal, and then the last personality is in between Lil Monster and Sir Mugo in maturity and civilized manners.

So maturity wise:

Lil monster = youngest, like a child, difficulty controlling emotions and hunger

Second personality = teenager, semi able to control emotions and hunger

Sir Mugo = mature adult, fully able to control his emotions and hunger

Yeah but like is he being serious? idk I'm uncomfortable is all I know
