Heeseong went to the restroom and Yang Hyechan (blondie) followed him to ask about his relationship with YCY. Heeseong starts comparing himself to Blondie, gets sad that he seems lesser/immature compared to the purebref wolf, and feels jealous that YCY and Blondie used to date. He feels insecure/competitive so he tells Blondie that he and YCY sleep together. Blondie then warns him about YCY being a man-eating wolf and that he should be careful. Heeseong gets angry that YCY is being badmouthed in front of him, so he throws his strawberry juice at Blondie's face. Then he runs away, transforms into a pup, and hides behind the bodyguard. Anyway, the conversation is important because SPOILERS
it shows that the wolf pack leader (YCY's sister) and Park Geontae (gambling den leader/traitorous hyung) might be in cahoots. Isn't it suspicious that a "dog friend" suddenly turned up at the exact (expensive) hospital Heeseong was? If the leader and Blondie investigate Heeseong's identity, who will obviously pop up? Park Geontae, the hyung who took him in. So yeah, the bathroom conversation plants the seed that the pack Leader and traitor hyung may or may not be working together... So I don't know why the manhua decided to completely erase it ╥﹏╥
The adaptation isn't terrible but it's too fast paced compared to the novel They literally skipped his entire conversation with blond-ex-almostgotkilled dude... I don't wanna know what else they'll erase from the story.
