Orcas will legit bully sharks, knock them upside down, which knocks them prone if you didn't know. Sharks get knocked out of whack when flipped, granted punching them in the snout will do it too, but flipping them is a lengthy amount of time. Orcas will do it for fun more so than for feeding.
Dolphins are just playful things that are evil and yeah do molest anything if given the chance.
