Yeah! The key word here is creepy~ thankfully a few other stories portray the relationship as healthy and would wait until both parties are adults. However, there will always be this uncomfortable feeling… but! if the plot makes sense and well written, it’s really worth it!!
Anyway, the uke here isn’t a creep, so I gave him a pass ^^
I think the main thing is they don't have a big power imbalance and the uke didn't really have like a big part in the seme's life as a child so it doesn't feel like grooming. Also, it's the younger one pursuing someone older, not an adult actively and knowingly pursuing a minor.
I like this manga, it's still a minor and an adult no matter what excuses. It's creepy in the real life but of course cute in manga
