Noooo I didn’t mean to dislike , but yea totally agree I’m semi out the closet myself only to people I trust and my mom (though she’s very against it rip). I rlly felt for yeoreum having to feel lik hiding is the only option right now and it sucks to see a non supportive also lgbt character in that regard but it’s a real occurrence unfortunately. Ugh I just want my bois to be happy
Haneul had no right to yell at him like that.. I understand he was hurt, but he apologized and he wasn’t even the one talking shit about gay people or even joined in the convo because he’s gay himself. Everyone’s experience is different, just because Haneul is able to be openly gay doesn’t mean that Yeoreum has the luxury to do that. He’s already been practically-disowned for taking a leave of absence, his parents would probably kill him if they knew he was gay, like literally.
I just feel like a good amount of society doesn’t understand those who are still in the closet? There are also people who tend to speculate on other’s sexuality when they should just be minding their own business..
I for one am already out of the closet, but that’s because I have the luxury to do so. If Yeoreum isn’t out of the closet and chooses to hide his sexuality it doesn’t make him a coward
Also I love how Yeoreum’s anxiety attack was drawn, I feel like it really replicates the feeling well
