Yes u r right. Seme is actually older but after memory loss he thinks his age is in 20s. So for him mc is older than him now. That's why he calls mc hyung

since in chapter 1 seme calls mc hyung, does that mean he's younger? but the comments say it's an older seme so does the hyung come from seme's 20 year old mentality ?
