What if MC is ogMaythan and he blocked his own memory for some reason?

And it is bugging me when MC or his sister said duke disappeared in the middle of the game. Was it duke who bought mc into this world? Maybe he found the teardrop (stone) and used it to save Maythan. Aghhh!!! Need ANSWERRRRRR.......
