YES, there is a difference. The kisses, for instance, are "censored" in the R15 version (sometimes they cut some images) and the sex scenes at the end of season two are heavily cut off.
Is there any difference between the mature version and the r 15 version? I don’t see anything in the mature version that wouldn’t be good for underage people
