They do need vacation days indeed. But the crown prince is such a workaholic that he himself works more than them and not even sleeping. All of them need a break.
Lol, I feel like they would unionise, but after the servants fifth attempt at making him adhere to his own union policies, he would find a loophole that means that since he’s “in service to the people” he should be working at all the hours they are awake lololol
