No it’s more so rape on the newer chapter where we look at MLs past and his father keeps pushing Omegas in heat onto him otherwise there has been no rape between MC and ML (that I remember about >3> )
between mc and ml is consent. between ml and his best friend he helped him once and after that tower master sent omegas in heat to him and so he had to sleep with them so they can leave his prison basically
