This is a fictional story between two characters that look like they're in the same age gap. Masahiro does not nor does he even remotely resemble a teenager. The man looks 18+ (None the less a fictional 18+ year old because as I said in real life it would be incredibly problematic and disgusting) That's why it's fantasy. If Masahiro did in fact look way younger than what he looks like right now, I would agree and wouldn't have even posted my comment. This is just a manga about a student/teacher relationship set up to where it's obviously a fantasy. If it wanted to take itself seriously and actually talk about a student/teacher relationship where it clearly depicts it as a horrible relationship then that itself is also incredibly different.
