Even if the OG Reeze returns, I don't think she's that much different from the author. The story itself and her character is based from the author selfishness. And even before the author or the other Ediths transmigrated into that world, the OG Edith experience the story in a loop (as hinted in prev chapter) she ask the author on why would she wrote her character like that, so she definitely experienced it before.
The OG Reeze seems to be much good now cuz OG Edith somewhat explained it to her or she saw it herself after the author took over her body. Nevertheless that doesn't erase the things she did to the OG Edith.
