tbf the cover is a left hand and we only saw the back of the guy's right hand in ch22
They show his left when he first grabs him but he could also be one of the untattooed hands
Or maybe he could work for the tattooed hand guy, and he might abduct the mc for him. that's when they will get to know each other.
