Maybe just like ogEdith, she was kicked out of her own body and had to watch the actions of the author. If her personality is the kind and gentle type like it was described, she probably would have lost her mind as someone else used her body to murder innocent women time and time again.
My guess from ogEdith and ogReeze's interaction was that both women realized that they lived in a constant world, and at one time, ogReeze allowed ogEdith to call for the author. If ogReeze was kindhearted, I think this was possible that she felt sympathy for villain/villainess' repetitive fate. We found her crying in the "limbo/controller space", so maybe she, too, saw all of these unveiled there and couldn't help but feel sad/disappointed of the author. ogEdith's expression also seems like she pitied ogReeze, too, that things went this way.
