It’s possible for hidden twins to occur even in 4d scans, especially early on in the pregnancy and especially with wonky omegaverse logic
Why are the comments saying he has twins? LOL. He was just just handed a 4d ultasound right? Just as so you guys know, 4d ultrasound is clearer than the normal 2d or even 3d. You could even see facial features, even a cleft if the baby has one. I had that when I was pregnant. So if there are twins gosh it wouldve been said by the doctor or you'll see 2 babies in the ultrasound pic.
