Axion. He used those people to get a chance to escape but ended up dying anyways.
Ah okay. Strangely, the way it happened in the webtoon seems to suit his character better. Might be because they tweaked that happened in his previous scenes as well.
Wow they completely changed this scene compared to the novel! I think i prepare this one more because in the novel he retreated
