He had a 4D ultrasound, the result of it is much much more clear than the other ultrasound. The result only show one baby. If the author or the artist know about how it works, then it might be. Why you guys want him to have a twins anyway? When the better possibility is that the white hair guy might be the father and the snake is his representative of his in uke dream?

I think the baby fox/dog indicates as the prosecutor's baby while the snake one is the white haired seme.. just my speculation tho considering men can get preggo so giving birth to babies with 2 different daddies is not entirely impossible
