I think it was because the mc was able to regenerate due to him being graped by that monster thing… So when the ml drinks the mc blood he can heal? Plus that creature thing that boss man or whoever created crawled inside the ml which almost turned him like the people above but due to the mc’s blood he was able to recover and get tentacles so now they just feed off each other
