that's such a unique story and THAT's a manly not really looking like an omega guy!!! the medical setting is also fitting for this theme of getting to know about each gender both physically (and yet not that!! physically) and mentally. i adore the uke so much actually, he's such a weirdo but you can see through his action and words how much he's suffering despite how he behaves, and he's so strong-willed and caring!(≧∀≦) and i like the seme's pov in the story, we see through him this quite unique details of this omegaverse world and see him grow as a person, and he's a bit weird and rude but still caring as well haha yesss the story started as many of them with might be unnecessary harassement but what story doesn't to get the attention（￣へ￣）despite that - a truly amazing and unique read!
