That’s why i just skipped and read the side stories
I skipped most of the main story too cause every time I picked it up someone was either being raped or tortured so I had to drop it several times. I was hoping for some lighthearted wholesome side stories but that was just another sequence of pain and suffering
same i was abt to give it another chance after years but i couldn't get into it knowing i can't tolerate rape and repetitively done on top of that
I dropped it years ago. But today I decided to read it again. And I'm gonna drop it again lol. On a serious note, it is just too much for me (kinda surprising for me also, cuz I'm someone who keeps asking for more smut). I kept my patience as much as I could to see whether the story gonna progress. But it is the same. MC keeps getting raped, ML saves MC again and again and they will have quality time. And then the cycle repeats once again. The story is going nowhere. And I'm tired. Idk whether it will improve or not, but right now I don't even care. So, I think I will drop it this time for good.
Ps: If you love it then great. It's just that it didn't work for me.
