Golf is an example of a genre that media is created about. Rape and abuse are examples of genres that media is created about. I was listing examples, not making comparisons.
But to be clear, I’m only correcting you because you’re wrong, not because I have some issue with comparing rape and abuse to golf. I could effortlessly compare any two topics I want with no hangups about avenues of thought. That’s just not what was happening.
