It's either they're high schoolers still in their fairytales or readers who can't distinguish fiction from reality. There are a lot of readers too who are performative since the community became mainstream. Either way, I wish the author received the appreciation she deserves but not a toxic fandom. Hope she do more of this shit cause I'll always dig up a great written psycho character and plot.
