MC recommended a restaurant to the crew and ML, but belatedly realized that she and ML had taken a photo there before. She excused herself from the dinner and ran to the restaurant to hide the photo. While ML and others were dining there, the restaurant owner recognized ML. ML was shocked to learn that he had a gf and they used to dine there. The owner tried to show him the photo but it was already stolen by MC. Still, he managed to find another photo where ML and MC were in the background but MC's face was very blurred. ML could only see the t-shirt pattern that she wore.

[8 years ago, MC and ML first met when they were in Melbourne and started dating there before their return to South Korea.}

ML finally catch MC alone and confronted her for avoiding him. He asked her to apologize for lying to him but she cried (since she felt unfair that she has to apologize to the guy who made her pregnant.)

So she accused him of 'being as cold-hearted as her ex-lover'. ML was offended that she compared him to the 'bastard' (which is himself). He told her, if she's going to accept him, she should forget the 'bastard'.
He gave her his room card and told her to come to him once she decided. "Once you catch me, never let me go."

Eun Bin was angry that ML and MC ha gone on business trip together and rushed to her brother, demanding he do something about it. Instead, Eun Yeop slapped her when knowing Eun Bin had announced that MC is a single mother. He finally told her that MC's daughter is ML's biological child.

After back from a day's work, ML watched as MC was pondering at the lobby whether to return his room card to reception or not. ML wanted her to come to him willingly so he went back to his room to wait.
MC finally knocked on his door and he quickly pulled her in. THey shared passionate kisses and had their snu snu moment.

MC cried at seeing his old scar from the accident and wondered how had he lived for the past 7 years without the memories. ML told her he felt empty for those years until he met her. To him, now he's holding the most beautiful woman in his life.

The next morning, ML noticed that MC kept trying to peep into his phone. He pretended not knowing.
[MC was trying to see his phone messages with his mother. She need to gauge how close they are, whether ML will believe her that his mum had broke them up 7 years ago.]

Meanwhile, Eun Yeop approached ML's mother and mentioned about MC clinging to ML. ML's mother wasn't happy to learn that the woman is MC and assured that she only wants Eun Bin to be her daughter-in-law.

Seungyu was shocked to know that his son's dream girl (Yena) is the daughter of MC. He wondered if MC had manipulated all these and wanted Dobin to stop befriending Yena. His wife scolded him for making assumptions about MC. She told him to let ML decide for himself, and that Seunggyu has no place to interfere in ML's love life.

Eun Bin got herself drunk in the bar and woke up next day in bed with another guy.
She was horrified but the guy (seems) sincerely wanted to date her but she declined.

MC asked ML about how ML's family will react to their relationship. ML firmly answered that he is going to inform his mother before Eun Bin can talk badly about MC.
MC persuaded him to postpone informing his mother, told him to prevent Eun Bin from acting first.

Back to office, Seunggyu notified ML that Yena is MC's daughter. ML smiled as everything clicks now. He had always wondered why Yena looks familiar, it's because she looks like MC. However, Seunggyu couldn't find anything about Yena's biological father.
