So in 11 chapter Hasegawa Yuiji ask Yoshinaga Yamato for date . Do I understand correct

It's 7,8 only. The numbers are changed

Chapter 10 is actually ch. 7 and ch. 11is ch. 8
Because the numbering of chapters in a manga volume is different from the magazine (rutile). No chapter is/are missing so dont worry :)

I think Kyousuke used his own phone. If you see in the previous chapters (Ch.7 pg.6), Yuiji's phone has Yoshinaga as "Yamato" but Kyousuke's phone has his contact as "Yoshinaga". My guess is Kyousuke wants to call Yamato out and ask him to help cheer up Yuiji.
