I think some ghosts remember their life but only some parts and the rest are hazy/blurry memories. I think the reason she remembers her recipe is cuz it’s smth she has always done and made. It’s a big part of her and also because it might be related to their regret that they don’t remember.

but I don't get it?
How come she can remember her recipe and the customers and her son and whatnot if she's a ghost? Can't ghosts not remember their lives?
The ascension of the boy makes sense, he remembered the feeling of his mother's food or whatever because of the good food
but Mrs. Oh shouldn't remember her life? (=・ω・=)
