the apothecary diaries, sousou no frieren, witch hat atelier, and jk haru is a sex worker in another world!! careful w the last rec if you're uncomfortable reading abt SA and abuse of sex workers but all of those are very good stories w well-rounded characters, plots, and themes :) romance is at most a subplot for the ones that do have it. based on a few posts of yours i stumbled on before this one i hard recommend the last two bc of how they explore and handle the social issues you complained abt transmigration romance not having. i hope they are up your alley :D
