everyone knows that. maybe it's not weird to you but to some people like me who has siblings, I would be so disgusted if I were to find out that my sibling has always loved me romantically. It's concerning how many of you guys can tolerate it just because they don't share the same blood. i would never see my brothers as a potential boyfriend if they suddenly start calling me "babe". but hey, maybe it's just me. （￣へ￣）

Because this is a fictional story, I mostly just pretended that they weren't "siblings" and yes they aren't actually related. But in reality i agree with you. I have two stepsiblings who I've grown up with for 20+ years so if i found out one of them secretly had romantic feelings for me I'd probably throw up

yeah maybe just you because i have siblings but idc if the fictional brother wants to bang his fictional brother. one, they're not real, 2, there's no potential babies that may have defects, 3, no power imbalance or abuse here because they're both consenting adults when the doctor bro confessed. i do agree with the other commenter he's being a bit pushy but with the way A is acting, he won't believe it unless he is being pushy.

anyone with common sense should know it's really not something so easy to replicate irl. where else would you find a doctor brother who's not blood related to their idol brother. unfortunately people miss this memo and just think just because it has incest it's suddenly ""enabling people to do it irl""
