He's obviously the biggest offender out of the three of them when it came to hurting Sera. Even if it was just business for him, Sera genuinely loved him and clung to him because he actually showed her general politeness and would stay by her side without judging her, but even he abandoned her when she became too much instead of defending her. Her approach was volatile and excessive, but I think she was justified in her feelings and wanting to defend herself when everyone's judging her and looking down on not only her, but him too. The fact that he was meant to be a lighthouse in a storm for Sera and he couldn't even extend some basic human decency by checking on her when she was potentially injured and never stepping in to protect her like she did for him is really heartbreaking. Sera certainly didn't help her case, but Jae-eon was a cowardly, passive worm.
At the same time though, Jae-eon seems to have a better understanding of Sera and was the most observant of her among the MLs. He was the one who realized that she definitely wasn't the same Sera and noted all of the inconsistencies in her personality and behavior after all. In the flashbacks we see where it's just the two of them and Sera isn't acting out, they seem like a good pair. Obviously not super lovey-dovey, but good companions at least because of how docile and peaceful those moments together seemed. Apparently she's ending up with Eeron, but I would've loved more from these two.
Jae-eon also has the eyes of a sad dog and I want him.
