There was a tradition where the family of the deceased gets a picture drawn of their loved one if they die before(/without) getting married. That picture depicts the deceased with their possible marriage partner and kids. The picture the artist gave pops of Kagetora after his death showed him with a man, a tiger, and two feline kids. Pops, was of course angry because it was a “strange picture”. But whoever the artist was, they were right and Pop’s saw Wu with Tora when he went to visit him one last time thanks to the baby’s power. Now he knows the picture was not strange at all.
