Like yeah he has issues... that are very hard to look past. But its understandable, he clearly is an abandoned child no wonder he clings so hard to the only source of love he has in his life. And the non-con; the mc is pissed bc of the knot because it was the only part he considered that wasn't consensual. He even told the ml to go to bed... Ofc he is pissed about it. Mc and ML should just have a conversation where they don't dance around the issue.
