Website is highly being ban by your wifi provider network or anything under that provider while your data are from different provider

Its been three days for me since I couldn't load mangago in google chrome. Turns put I just needed a vpn. So I downloaded the opera browser since they have free vpn. I was about to cry cause all my bookmarks are in here

It seems like I can't open mangago using wifi, when I open it (through wifi) it's just the layout with horizontal titles of manhwa however everything loads perfectly when I'm using my data. Someone helppp me ( T﹏T )
