For he's trash! In an ideal ending, she'd leave and never return lol
he knows she's been unwell, has noticed she lost weight and has low energy. but when she comes back clearly looking like shit (after going missing when he left her all alone sleeping in the open, like a careless idiot), he directly acts violent as to show people she belongs to him. who gives a shit, he should show her some love instead of only thinking about how this makes him feel omg. he doesn't mind that she's ridiculed by everyone, even his friends, and never stands up for her. but as soon as HIS honor is challenged, he has to cause a scene. he's so hateful, can't wait for her to leave his ass
