Elbow to the stomach, heel to foot as hard as you can, rotate that arm used to elbow to crush their nose with a closed fist, then back down to hit groin as fast and hard as you can. This isn't to entirely incapacitate someone, it's just enough for them to let go of you so you can run for help. I was taught this as a young child for self defense.

"S.I.N.G." is a self-defense acronym that stands for "Solar plexus, Instep, Nose, Groin". It's a technique for targeting sensitive areas on an attacker when defending yourself. I leaned this from Miss Congeniality obviously.
