I'm guessing there was a mistranslation in chapter 26. The Male lead didn't name him "second shi" but actually "twenty"（二十 ). Since the Main character was " Shijiu" as in "nineteen" (十九).
It's think it's hilarious, that the ML immidiatly added him to his collection.
