The fast pacing makes their dynamic kind of dull imo. Like, the way they're so drawn to each other seems purely instinctual/physical because there's very little time spent on the actual connection between them. It's like everything's riding on the fact they were "such good friends as kids", because anything other than that in regards to their relationship was them having sex even when Nao saw Nagi's poor eating habits and went to cook for him, it turned into sex before they shared more than one meaningful line of dialogue. I'm no puritan but if this is all they shared it doesn't make for a very compelling story to me. They said they loved each other, but I couldn't see it anywhere
