In-world it makes so much sense that the queen will marry llyod. In fact, there is no other wise political choice but to marry him. Right now Llyod (and the Frontera estate) has: a demon king, demons, orcs, elves, 2 dragons, 1 bone dragon, 1 angel, 2 sword masters, a prince consort of another kingdom, undead army, loyal knights, AND advanced weapons. How do those compare with what the queen has? If, for some reason, Llyod wanted to proclaim himself king, he could do so before sunset. Lloyd has become such a big threat that he would've been nuked in the modern world by now. If the current ruler, the queen, can't subdue him by force, then the next best thing is to forge an alliance by marriage.
