Kidding aside, as far as I understood. The red hair and MC are friends irl, but MC forgot about it. They've team up for the past gameplay but he seems to have forgotten about the red hair guy. Now ML is jealous and purposely looking for the 'enemy' the owner of one of the cassette tape. That's what I know so far.
