Hmm, I think it's the part where the MC is hallucinating and it shows that the other lead dude (the good guy) was abusing him sexually and totally said some mean words. After that scene, the MC felt betrayed cause he thought that "that guy" did that to him literally - but he was just hallucinating. Since then, the MC hated the guy and swear to stay with the Sir guy after hearing some kind words from him. A totally Stockholm syndrome story.

It could be a dream, or him hallucinating since they're fucking that time nonstop and such. Still, that was the reason for him to act like that to the second lead.
