A 6 plus footer man with fighting skills if he has a weapon(a bat or anything like) he does have a chance against a gang of guard and fighting dogs. But without a weapon I doubt he would. one bite on his arm or leg ntm it's grip or bite power would definitely take a toll on him. As a dog hmm depends, coz dogs use intimidation. if the dog manage to do a number on one of the dogs, the rest would be intimidated. At least that's how I see dogs in the street are during fights.
