Maybe in au side stories, but i dont think it'll be in the main story since the hashtag said split personality, so the main focus is the ml with mental disorder, if you notice they have age gap quite large from first to third person, i guess each of second and third are created along with his loneliness in the mansion time by time of his whole life that he developed another personalities so he doesnt feel alone
waiting for that episode when three of them seperated somehow and then poof.. we'll be blessed with a FOURSOME
