you're right, the author could genuinely cook with this. I haven't seen any manhwas/mangas like this (or I haven't searched enough) so an Omega X Omega route could spice things up. Make things more interesting.

There is one! Taketora and the omegas, it's also here in mangago. The MC thought he was an alpha (he really is built like one) and was very snobbish, your run of the mill powerful alpha archtype. Then BOOM, turns out he's an omega and he lost all his privileges. The story is a bit heavy tho and I have trust issues with the author (known for killing off and making their characters suffer in their other series)

IF the author continues this story long enough to reach mature territory, I have a hunch that the Alpha girl (Byul's cousin) and the pretty omega's daughter in LIAI is going to be a pairing, and the omega would be the "top" one at that. I say this because the author is being experimental with her coupling and that's a subversive trope that they can take, that being said, if it were to happen, it'll be the closest thing that we'll have to omega x omega considering that they are both "feminine" (literal girls even lol)
