I don’t know, the characters just don’t look like how they were described in the novel, particularly the Esper. He is supposed to be 20 years old but looks a lot older with this drawing style. I can’t judge, but maybe it’s because I’m a fan of the novel, I had such high expectations (￣∇￣")

It starts out toxic, esper is a red flag in the beginning (￣∇￣") who does horrible things but once the guide starts understanding why he is the way he is, it actually becomes very understandable (at least in my opinion), as the world described by the author is quite dark and cold, especially towards espers and guides. Throughout the story, he becomes a cute green flag once he learns.

The novel was extremely good and had I had high expectations for the manhwa. Maybe that’s why I’m so disappointed with the art, which ruined it for me. I would have gladly waited years if it meant the art would be better （￣へ￣）sad
