I think its good to focus on the current universe since its what youre living. Even though parallel selves would be you, our experiences shape our personalities. At the core we are the same but we are shaped by our surroundings. Everything couldve been similar but only if they made the same choices that made them turn out to be the people they are today. aka lovers

It's bittersweet for me that they don't end up together in the parallel world. Because of the whole "Are we together in every universe?" Sadly they aren't, but atleast we know there's a chance of love between the two of them in each one. It makes sense they're not together in every universe but it's still sad that they aren't. Atleast for me lol. Ugh now i want to read fanfics of my favorite otps lol
