If Im not mistaken, this is MAYBE, in anime, it got different ending than the manga and some people had said you could see the romantic view in anime more than the manga.
Does it cover the whole manga? I haven't actually read the manga yet but since it just end with 1 season about 50+ episode only. Oh, some parts are not included from the manga since it focus more on Chocola n Vanilla. Hope that helps!!
BUT! Do try watch the anime though, probably because it got Tsuda Ken voice, im super fan of the anime. Try one episode, if you don't feel like watching, you can drop it :^)
