I don't think he can have a dwarven self like he got a vampire and lich or could get a werewolf all of these races are somehow based in human one can turn vampire if bitten, or die and become undead or get infected with lycantropy but dwarven are born dwarven same as elven, fey etc. Unless he somehow get a new skill to actually create egos as different races of humanoid beings
NGL I was a bit drunk last night and had the hilarious thought of dwarves biting his ankles, turning him into an short version of himself without the stereotypical beard. Just looks like Gaius from Rune Factory 3 roflmao.
